The idea of online teaching benefits both teacher and student. As technology advances, so too does the education system. Currently, it provides ease and proves effective, hence the change towards online learning.
What possible advantages are there for them?
It allows for 24/7 access to course content. This helps both sides of the education system, allowing for students to re-inform themselves if necessary. It also keeps the school faculty on track, by making sure they have the needed lecture ready on the specific date and time. It also helps bring the teachers together because they are able to teach each other new and effective delivery methods.
What possible rewards could there be for how much money they would make? Isn't giving this stuff away for free ... well, free?
Having free online courses does not remove the idea of study and application to schools. The idea of online learning would in fact draw in more students. The ability to check a course in advance allows for one to find out whether or not they would like both the course and the teacher, which would allow for a better learning environment. If one enjoys both the teacher and course, the idea of applying to the university or college for the specified course seems logical and helpful. This draws more students in, provides the school with more money, and allows for more reward to the school.
